Skyclad

Banda inglesa, pioneira do "folk metal", formada em 1990 por Martin Walkyier (Sabbat) juntamente com Steve Ramsey e Graeme English (Satan, Blind fury ...) e o baterista Keith Baxter.
Em 1992 entrou um 2º guitarrista Dave Pugh e uma violinista Fritha Jenkins que em 1994 foi substituida por Catherine Howell, em 1995 Dave saíu ficando a banda só com um guitarrista, e Catherine foi substituida por Georgina Biddle e Keith Baxter sai após o album "silent whales..."
Em 1998 o produtor Kevin Ridley assume o lugar de 2º guitarrista.
No ano de 2001 a banda sofre uma grande tranformação Martin Walkyier sai, Kevin Ridley passa a acumular a função de vocalista. Neste ano também entra Arron Walton o actual baterista da banda.
